Position Overview We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Team Lead who will lead our sales team in Oriya/Odia language. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients - Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure deals - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives - Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 3+ years of experience in sales leadership role - Strong understanding of Oriya/Odia language and culture - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
