Sales Support (Support for Sales Department)

We reach out to our potential customers – medical facilities and propose our product.

We are looking for a person to play the role of Sales Support, who will support the work of the sales team (serving clients from the Enterprise segment - medical facilities)

What tasks await you?

• Responsibility for data cleanliness on doctor profiles in medical facilities (including verification and creation of new profiles), so that patients can easily find a specialist and schedule an appointment!

• Data control and work on CRM (Hubspot) - ensuring the accuracy of data contained there.

• Verification of RODO consents and responsibility for document correctness and smooth flow.

• Maintenance of data and statistics in the Tableau system, as well as creating basic reports.

• Phone and email contact with clients to effectively complete tasks.
