Sales Support with English and German

Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed with precision and within established times. - Provide support to customers via email and phone, in English and German. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and timely communication. - Prepare documentation and reporting related to orders and Customer Service. - Support the management of complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Use software tools for monitoring and updating customer data. - Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes related to customer service. A successful Sales Support Inglese e tedesco should have: - Fluent knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken. - Previous experience in roles related to Customer Service or similar. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Competence in the use of computer tools and software. - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. - Preferably SAP.
