Position Objective The purpose of this position is to coordinate key customer processes. This role is essential in building strong client relationships by ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met efficiently. The Sales Support Specialist will act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage customer requests and inquiries; • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and deliveries; • Maintain accurate records and reports for customer interactions; • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
