Sales Support Robotics (m/f/d)
The company, headquartered in Langenthal (Switzerland, Canton of Bern), is an internationally active Swiss industrial group specialized in the engineering and manufacturing of linear and drive components. Among other things, the company builds automatic production lines, linear guides, racks, pinions, gearboxes, linear axes, and gantry robots for the automotive industry, railway, intralogistics, metal, tire, pharmaceutical, as well as plants for the aviation industry.
Sales Support Robotics (m/f/d)
Your Contribution
- As a key function in technical sales, you will be the link between account management, engineering, order processing, and product management
- Analysis of customer inquiries and coordination of their implementation until successful offer preparation
- Taking over project responsibility for complex customer requirements as needed
- Creation of price calculations, quotations, and customer-oriented sales documents for our international customers
- Clarification of technical and commercial issues regarding availability, costs, delivery times, and feasibility
- Support for our account managers in customer service and in acquiring new orders
- Ensuring the professional use and maintenance of our CRM and ERP systems, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes
Your Talents and Skills
- Technical basic training with completed further education at diploma/university of applied sciences level or similar
- Experience in technical sales of capital goods in the automation sector
- Interest in technical and commercial issues, as well as in the calculation and preparation of offers
- Negotiation-level German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Hands-on mentality; strong communication skills with a high degree of customer orientation
- Proactive, resilient personality with an open and positive attitude
