Sales Support Representative (m/w/d) 80% - 100%

Adecco For a renowned company, we are looking for an engaged personality as Sales Support Representative (m/w/d) at our Aarau location. Tasks:

• Direct point of contact for all customer inquiries throughout the sales process
• Collaboration with the outside sales team to gain new customers and create long-term customer relationships
• Conducting product consultations and complete order processing and customer requests
• Independent maintenance and updating of customer data in computer systems
• Coordination of internal meetings and monitoring of delivery dates to ensure smooth processes

Profile:

• You have a completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
• You have experience in customer service for a manufacturing company and possess a strong technical understanding
• You are proficient in MS Office, SAP (etc.) and have experience with a CRM system
• You are sociable, team-oriented, empathetic, and solution-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, including French (at least level B2)
• You have additional foreign language skills, such as Italian, which is an advantage
