Job description
Das Team - Acceptance and processing of orders in German, French or Italian language - Create all necessary documents for transportation (waybills, transport papers etc.) - Adjust customer inquiries to existing disposition on a timely basis - Active support for existing customers - New acquisition We expect: - A completed vocational training with commercial and/or technical background mandatory - German, French or Italian as mother tongue minimum - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and adaptability - Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with CRM systems - Experience in sales and customer service - Knowledge of the logistics industry - Ability to learn quickly and take on new tasks
