Ideal Candidate
- experience in using accounting software, preferably WinMentor ;
- medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables etc);
- minimum hardware knowledge;
- experience on a similar post is an advantage;
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced work rhythm;
- computer typing speed and accuracy in data entry;
- communication skills and adaptability to extended working hours;
- a motivated, energetic candidate with the ability to work in a constantly developing environment;

Job Description
- responsible for central processes of invoicing, planning, and reporting
- preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports both in WinMentor and Excel;
- analyzing stock levels for correct dimensioning, products without movement;
- registering primary documents related to goods/money (NIRs, fiscal invoices, permits, extracts, etc) in the WinMentor program;
- managing the company's script inventory;
