Sales Support

Job Summary – ·We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Sales Support Analyst. This role will play a key part in supporting commercial operations by reviewing and validating incoming deals, ensuring pricing accuracy, and collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management (PM), and Category teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective communication are crucial. Key responsibilities include: ·Reviewing and validating incoming deals to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies; ·Collaborating closely with Sales, PM, and Category teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the sales process; ·Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner; ·Maintaining accurate records of all deals and transactions, including pricing and revenue data; ·Identifying and reporting any potential errors or discrepancies in pricing or revenue data; ·Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product information to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have: ·A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, finance); ·At least 2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a related field; ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ·Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); ·Certifications such as Salesforce or HubSpot are a plus.
