As a Sales Support Manager, you are the central point of contact between our sales partners, agencies, and internal departments. You ensure that the sales process for our sales partners and customers runs smoothly, contributing directly to monthly revenue in the seven-figure range.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire sales process for approximately 25 sales partners, thus responsible for monthly revenue in the seven-figure range.

• Direct contact with sales partners and customers for operational questions, challenges, and individual concerns.

• Quick and independent resolution of operational edge cases and coordination with relevant internal teams.

• Ensuring a smooth sales process – from lead handover to successful sales closing and appointment scheduling for installation.

• Monitoring of relevant KPIs and processes to identify risks and areas for action early on.

• Support in scaling the sales organization through improved processes, clear responsibilities, and increasing automation.

Your Profile

• Native-level German or C2 proficiency – fluent in spoken and written German.

• Hands-on and solution-oriented – you roll up your sleeves, find pragmatic solutions, and bring projects to completion.

• Strong communication and service orientation – you communicate clearly and confidently, whether in writing or by phone, and enjoy helping customers, sellers, and stakeholders.

• Independent, structured, and organized – you set priorities, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even with many parallel tasks.

• Quick learner and proactive work approach – you quickly grasp complex topics, identify problems and potential for improvement early on, and act on your own initiative.

• Team player – you enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders and advancing projects together.
