Role Description The role supports the Sales Team by managing documents, coordinating client communications, and providing general administrative support. The Sales Support Executive is responsible for ensuring the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities * Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports. * Manage and maintain customer databases and records. * Coordinate client meetings and travel arrangements. * Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. * Assist with the preparation of sales materials and presentations. * Maintain organized records of sales activities and outcomes. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Experience with CRM software is a plus.
