Sales Support Engineer

A recognized global company is looking for a Sales Support Engineer for its offices in México City. Responsibilities / Tasks Generate quotes for spare parts, upgrades, and customizations for clients in the region. Manage customer orders from the region, ensuring efficient and high-quality service. Coordinate with the Supply Chain department for purchasing and logistics of customer requirements in the region. Work closely with the sales team to increase sales of spare parts, upgrades, and customizations. Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding order status and delivery dates. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process. Provide technical support to clients as needed.
