Adecco For our client, an international production company from the Zofingen region, we are looking for a Sales Support 100% (m/w/d) to expand the sales team. Tasks: - Administrative sales processing - Tracking and monitoring of customer orders and inventory orders - Requests, orders, and administration of trade articles - Inventory replenishment and maintenance in consultation with the AVOR department - Supporting the field service and sales staff - Creating invoices and statements - Accounting control and price lists - Managing courier services for international deliveries - Article mutations - Controlling collective invoices from tool suppliers in collaboration with the AVOR department - Managing customer specifications and customer files. Profile: - Commercial vocational training with a degree - Experience in customer service - Good MS Office skills - Holistic, networked thinking - Technical understanding - Social competence and communication skills - Fluent German knowledge, good understanding, and simple communication in English.
