Sales Store Manager - Beinasco

Clayton Italia, a clothing company for men, present in major shopping centers and city centers through a network of approximately 100 directly managed stores, is seeking a Sales Store Manager for our Beinasco store, located at Le Fornaci and Le Isole. The main responsibilities/activities will be:

• Coordinating the team and implementing company guidelines regarding service model and procedures;
• Organizing inventory;
• Setting up the store to contribute to achieving economic goals for the store;
• Positioning products according to indications from the relevant office based on market trends, best sellers, and slow sellers:
• Maintaining strategies of competing brands;
• Developing strategies based on season, promotions, and product analysis;
• Writing feedback related to team operations;
• Managing store displays;
• Using reports and proposing action plans to achieve company budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
• Strong sense of aesthetics and interest in the fashion world;
• At least 1 year of experience in Fashion Retail;
• Excellent organizational skills, strong commercial sense, and innate passion for the fashion industry;
• Good analytical and numerical skills;
• Leadership, autonomy, strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities;
• Attention to detail;
• Predisposition to teamwork and coaching;
• Knowledge of English language;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
• Determination, entrepreneurship, and stress management skills.

Work location: Beinasco

We offer:

• A direct employment contract with the company at the 3rd level of the CCNL commercial agreement;
• A salary expected to be in line with the CCNL commercial agreement.
