Job description

Job Description:

Generate and develop business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective pipeline management, and closing new deals, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and positioning LASHLO as a strategic ally for companies.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commercial Relations, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, payroll, or HR — no need to be an accountant.
  • Office / Google Workspace and LinkedIn as a sales tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect new clients for LASHLO: Identify and directly contact CEOs, CFOs, and Administrative Managers of SMEs in Nuevo León with 10 to 200 employees.
  • Pipeline management: minimum of 30 active prospects at all times through the CRM.
  • Weekly reports: calls, meetings, proposals, and closings.
  • Coordinate meetings with potential clients to present LASHLO's services.
  • Punctual and professional follow-up of leads in the closing process.
  • Post-closing follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for additional services.
  • Propose improvements in commercial processes.
  • Prepare personalized commercial proposals and conduct negotiations with prospects.
  • Occasionally participate in special departmental projects.
  • Receive in-depth training on the services offered by the company.
  • Participate in at least one quarterly networking event.
  • Follow-up and coaching.

Job Objectives:

  • Represent LASHLO's values, vision, and mission in every client interaction.
  • Efficiently and proactively resolve client needs.
  • Effectively communicate each company process.
  • Achieve effective communication (verbal, written, and visual) with internal and external clients.
  • Ensure compliance with established timelines and commitments with clients.
  • Contribute to LASHLO's positioning as a trusted company in human talent solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during and after the sales process.

Key Competencies:

  • Closing Orientation: thinks about results, not just cordial relationships.
  • Consultative Listening: diagnoses customer pain points before discussing price.
  • Autonomy: manages their pipeline with discipline without constant supervision.
  • Resilience: 30–60 day cycles require persistent follow-up.
  • Executive Credibility: presents confidently to Directors and CFOs of SMEs.

Required Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services such as Human Resources, Accounting, Technology (IT), Consulting, or Outsourcing.
  • At least 3 demonstrable closings of recurring monthly service contracts.
  • Pipeline management in PipeDrive.
  • Experience in active prospecting through LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls – not just inbound leads.
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle: prospecting, needs diagnosis, proposal presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.

Desirable:

  • Active portfolio of contacts in SMEs in Nuevo León.
  • Experience selling administration, tax, or human capital services.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Commission Structure:

  • 10% of the net profit generated by each successfully closed project will be awarded.
