What do you do as Inside Sales Business Development at AUTO1.com?
As an Inside Sales Business Development Specialist at AUTO1.com, you are the driving force behind our growth. You hunt for new opportunities in the market and ensure that potential customers are convinced of the added value of our platform. Does selling proactively sit well with you? Do you get a kick from targets and new business? Then you're the hunter we're looking for!

• You identify and approach proactively new B2B customers across Belgium
• You pitch our innovative solutions daily by phone to prospects
• You research market opportunities and translate these into concrete sales actions
• You negotiate professionally and close deals independently
• You work together with other departments to translate customer feedback into improvements
• You are a true deal closer who loves results and growth

Our perfect match

• You have a strong commercial instinct and think like an entrepreneur
• You have experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B
• You feel at home in an outbound environment and are not afraid to pick up the phone
• You have interest in the automotive sector
• You are energetic, convincing, and don't get easily knocked off track
• You speak fluent Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English.
• You are self-motivated, result-oriented, and have a winner's mentality
