THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a genuine passion for sales and curiosity for the world of construction and digital services. You will be the first point of contact for professionals looking to join our network: you will evaluate new applications, build lasting relationships, and directly contribute to the platform's growth. The process is entirely digital, and your impact will be visible and measurable from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct evaluation and sales interviews via phone and video conference, following a structured and digital process.
• Manage and update your activities in the CRM, analyzing results to constantly optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to align sales activities with the company's growth objectives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in telephone or digital sales (even if brief).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong results orientation and autonomy in managing priorities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or related fields.
