As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are the point of contact for our existing customers. You delve into their needs and actively present new products and services. You know how to create added value and get energy from building strong, lasting customer relationships.cross-selling? You focus on increasing the use of these services and strengthening our customer relationships without managing your own customer portfolio.

• You support your sales colleagues by actively presenting additional services to existing customers
• You hold daily conversations with customers about their needs and business operations
• You introduce new and existing services for
• You spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• You ensure maximum customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
• You work closely with the Inside Sales and Account Management team to achieve commercial goals
• You think about how we can further increase customer satisfaction and customer value

• You have a first commercial or client-oriented experience, preferably in B2B
• You are communicatively strong and can listen well to customer needs
• You get energy from maintaining relationships and seeking win-win
• You find satisfaction in advising and convincing customers
• You work structured, administratively strong, and have an eye for detail
• You think client-oriented, commercially, and team-oriented
• You speak fluent Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English.
