Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Appliances (HA) Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore, with responsibility for selected sales activities in Johor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home appliance sales, channel management, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description

• Responsible for sales operations in Singapore and selected sales activities in Johor, Malaysia.
• Develop and manage distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and support promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market insights.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers and distributors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Home Appliances (HA) industry.
• Proven experience managing distributors and retail channels in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of the local home appliance market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Results-driven and willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysia.
