Recording of fault reports. Creating offers (according to specifications by the project leaders). Creating customer service contracts and conditions according to specification. Order processing, scheduling appointments with customers and negotiating terms with them. Negotiating prices and delivery dates with suppliers. Processing of incoming and outgoing goods. Maintaining relationships with existing customers. Identifying new business opportunities. Developing and implementing sales strategies. Providing support for the project team. Your skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in sales or customer service. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service. Proficiency in German and English.
