Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our client base. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues. • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this information to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement. • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our client. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or a related field). • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
