Climatico is expanding its team and looking for Sales Representative Echipamente HVAC.

Daily Activity
- Increasing and developing our client portfolio by identifying new B2B, B2C, and B2G clients,
- Identifying customer needs and offering personalized solutions, Presenting and promoting products commercialized by the company,
- Making equipment sales in accordance with company policy,
- Advising customers and providing necessary information (price offers, catalogs, brochures, promotions, stock levels),
- Achieving set sales targets,
- Collaborating with internal departments, communicating, and sharing customer requirements to transmit personalized offers.
Studies and Experience
- University studies in the field: Engineering for Construction, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering or similar fields,
- Relevant experience in sales of installations (preferably HVAC / thermal / ventilation / sanitary),
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the installation/works domain.
Necessary Knowledge
- Techincal knowledge: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installations,
- Ability to interpret technical plans
- Driving license category B
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Result-oriented and goal-oriented,
- Commercial spirit and initiative,
- Time management and organization capabilities,
- Solid understanding of the entire sales process,
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
