Sales Representative (m/w/d)

• You will take over the professional care of existing customers in Germany and abroad from product development to after-sales management and complaint handling.
• You are also responsible for targeted acquisition of new customers and keep an eye on current market trends and competition.
• You will also support national and international customers and partners to ensure a trusting cooperation and achieve sales targets.
• Analysis of our customers' business processes and development of tailored solution concepts is one of your many tasks.
• In the context of your activity, you will support offer calculation, conduct contract negotiations, and participate in tenders.
• You are also responsible for presenting the company at trade fairs and other events and supporting external sales.

• You have a completed education as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), merchant in wholesale and retail trade (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial education that qualifies you for this position.
• You also have relevant professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the machine building industry or a similar field, to quickly get started.
• Your secure knowledge of MS Office applications and an ERP system sets you apart and is an important prerequisite for this activity.
• German language skills at native speaker level as well as negotiation-safe English language skills in writing and speaking are essential for international customer contacts.
• You also bring a high degree of communication strength, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to solve problems.
