For a salon, this means an average of 70% fewer appointment no-shows and 8 to 12 hours less administrative work per week.

Your Role

You will be responsible for growth in your region and will be the central point of contact on site.
You will actively approach salon owners in your region – by phone, walk-in, or via social media (cold calling).
On-site, you will identify the salon's needs through questioning and demonstrate with product demos how Salonkee can simplify daily operations.
You will be responsible for your own funnel from initial contact to closing the deal.
You will plan your week independently, with clear goals and a manager who supports and develops you.

What You Bring

Demonstrable initial experience in sales, ideally with an outbound component (cold calling, walk-ins, own appointment scheduling).
You are sociable and enjoy engaging with others – whether by phone or in person.
You are able to inspire people and spark interest.
You can handle rejection and look ahead.
You are eager to learn, implement feedback, and want to develop yourself further.
You are structured, organized, and confident in using digital tools.
Fluent to native-level German and good English skills.
Class B driver's license and enjoy being on the road in your region.
