Job description Sales Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new student accommodation properties, ensuring that all properties are fully let and maximized in terms of revenue potential. This will involve regular property visits to ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained, as well as building relationships with current and prospective clients to drive occupancy rates and increase revenue. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a portfolio of student accommodation properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue potential. • Conducting regular property visits to ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained. • Building relationships with current and prospective clients to drive occupancy rates and increase revenue. • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new properties. • Maintaining accurate records of all property visits, client interactions, and sales activities. • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract new students and increase occupancy rates. • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. • Working closely with the operations team to ensure that all properties are fully let and maximized in terms of revenue potential. • Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the business and contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the company.
