Job description
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a colleague to help us develop Regista's presence in Transylvania and build commercial relationships with public institutions and companies in the region.
We want a person who is:
- communicative, energetic, and results-oriented;
- with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills;
- proactive and comfortable with prospecting new clients;
- able to work independently and organize their field activities efficiently;
- interested in technology, digitalization, and B2B sales;
- available for travel and client meetings.
Job Description
- Hungarian language – advanced conversational level, mandatory;
- Romanian language – very good level;
- Category B driving license;
- University degree;
- Availability for travel in the Transylvania region.
Experience in B2B sales, software, SaaS, or public relations represents an advantage.
What you will do
You will have a direct role in Regista's commercial development in Transylvania.
Your responsibilities will include:
- identifying and contacting potential clients;
- developing new business opportunities;
- scheduling and participating in commercial meetings;
- presenting Regista solutions;
- understanding client needs and identifying suitable solutions;
- maintaining relationships with opportunities in progress;
- collaborating with the sales and marketing team for regional development;
- updating activities and opportunities in CRM;
- participating in relevant local events and meetings.
In areas where necessary, you will be able to conduct commercial discussions in Hungarian as well.
