These are your tasks as: You advise customers in the shop on all matters related to products Internet, Fixed Network, and Mobile Communications
You clarify complaints and support with solution approaches

You process customer orders and take over data maintenance
You contribute to product-specific sales promotion measures and campaigns
So convince us: Ideal is a training as a merchant (gn) in retail or equivalent qualification
Quereinsteiger with technical and commercial affinity and interest in the telecommunications industry are also welcome
Strong communication skills in German language
