These are your tasks in the shop: You advise customers in the shop on all matters related to products Internet, fixed network and mobile phone
You clarify complaints and support with problem-solving
You conduct in-depth sales conversations about individual products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
You process customer orders and take over data maintenance
You contribute to product-specific sales promotion measures and campaigns
