In the context of our development, our concession SAINT-BRIEUC UTILITAIRES located in Yffiniac (7 km from Saint-Brieuc), group COBREDIA, representing the VW UTILITAIRES brand, a Sales Representative for Automobiles H/F, in CDI.

Equipped with a strong commercial spirit and excellent relational qualities, you are the guarantor of the image of the brand and the company by ensuring the development, counseling, and loyalty of the customer base.

Within our business, you will be responsible for various missions:

• Ensure client relations in their entirety (welcome and follow-up)
• Schedule and prepare appointments with customers from the after-sales service
• Write repair orders and work orders
• Be a sales representative for additional products and services
• Ensure relationships between customer base and workshop teams
• Establish repair estimates and track customer files
• Billing and collection
• Returns vehicles to customers
• Foster customer loyalty through your relational skills
• Monitor quality indicators and customer satisfaction
• Promote the company and its services
• Respect and ensure respect for hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure the quality standards required by the manufacturer
• Contribute to the image of the point of sale

Non-exhaustive list

Holder of a Bac or equivalent degree in commerce or automotive mechanics, you benefit from a successful first experience as a sales representative, ideally in the automobile or after-sales sector.

You are naturally drawn to this type of function, your commercial sense and service-oriented skills are your strengths.
