As a 3PL, we specialize in full truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), drayage, rail, and international shipping solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. This role offers a competitive base salary, commission structure, and benefits package. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation industry. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Achieve and exceed sales targets. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. * Negotiate rates and contracts with clients. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. * 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Knowledge of transportation modes (TL, LTL, drayage, rail) is a plus.
