• Generate new business opportunities in commercial and residential roofing markets.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals in collaboration with estimators and project managers.
• Manage and grow long-term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and networking.
• Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools (Pipedrive, RoofR, or similar).
• Represent Coast Mountain Roof at industry and community events.

• 2+ years of sales experience (construction, roofing, or building materials preferred).
• A true sales hunter mindset - motivated to prospect, generate leads, and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented
• Willing to put in time to close the sale
• Tech savvy, comfortable with CRM software and MS Office.
• Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary

Base salary $75-110k + commission

1st year earning potential 90-115k

2nd year earning potential 85-160k
