Ejtc spa, Filiale di Roma Galati, seeks for a client company leader in the retail sector that offers numerous products of sweet and salty divided into categories: from chocolate to marshmallow etc., which operates for years in the sector of sales of packaged food products seeking: Sales Representative belonging to Protected Categories DL 68/99 for the store in BARANZATE Work Schedule: Part-time of 21 hours weekly on shifts, 6 days out of 7. The schedule will be agreed upon based on the needs of the store, with possibility of extension to full-time. Compensation package at budget: V Level of CCNL Commerce Description and Characteristics of the Position: The position requires the ability to increase sales through customer loyalty and creating pleasant shopping experiences. Inserted in a young and dynamic environment, the role will ensure effective and positive communication with customers during assisted sales and will be responsible for inventory replenishment and maintenance of product quality in store. Main Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide professional and courteous sales assistance, in line with company philosophy. - Ensure that displayed products are always correctly stocked. - Maintain the store in excellent condition, respecting visual merchandising standards according to company directives. - Support the Store Manager and actively collaborate with the team to ensure implementation of the company's marketing plan and correct product presentation. - Present merchandise and offers to customers with professionalism and kindness. - Contribute actively to customer loyalty. Direct Responsibilities: - Will respond directly to the Store Manager. Work Relations: - Collaboration with the store team. - Interaction with customers.
