Commercial Back-Office Employee - Automotive Salon - Rome (RM)

QuoJobis SPA, Employment Agency, is seeking a Commercial Back-Office Employee for an important automotive chain. The resource will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing requests, sorting leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers. The main objective will be to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through targeted CRM activities. Responsibilities: - Manage incoming and outgoing requests for New, Used, and Post-Sales (phone and web). - Sort leads and organize appointments, including in-person meetings within the automotive salon. - Carry out follow-up with customers and request constant feedback to ensure excellent service. - Implement CRM activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: - Preferable experience in the automotive sector. - Excellent communication and relational skills. - Experience in managing leads and organizing appointments. - Knowledge of CRM activities. - Customer-oriented and team-working abilities. - Commercial orientation WORKPLACE: Rome, Via Salaria WORK HOURS: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 9.00-13.00 and 15.00-19.00 LABOR CONTRACT: CCNL Commercio V level, initial fixed-term contract of 6 months, subject to possible extensions, with potential eventual stabilization The offers are addressed to candidates of both sexes (L.903/77).
