PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• 4 years of experience working as a sales representative (experience in the construction industry will be an additional asset)
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Motivation to achieve sales plans
• Good work organization and self-discipline
• Ability to negotiate
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service
• Driving license category B
• Good knowledge of computer use (MS Office package)

Description of the position

• Sales of offered assortment in a designated region of operation
• Professional customer service in the field in voivodeships: Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Pomorskie, Podlaskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie
• Achieving set sales plans in the region
• Monitoring sales and competitor activities
• Building and maintaining very good relationships with customers
• Customer-oriented: acquiring new customers and servicing existing ones
• Technical support for customers in selecting suitable products
• Cooperation with other company departments
