Due to growth, we are searching for a highly motivated Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit to join their team and contribute to the company's continued success. Key responsibilities will include: • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge. • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Participating in regular sales meetings and providing feedback to improve sales performance. • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge. • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals and objectives. • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Adhering to company policies and procedures. • Performing other duties as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications). • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. • Strong understanding of the company's products and services. • Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
