Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction; • Collaborating with sales consultants to ensure accurate and timely quote generation and booking confirmation; • Conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices; • Providing training and support to sales consultants to improve their skills and knowledge; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports to track sales performance and process compliance; • Identifying and addressing any gaps or inefficiencies in our sales processes and recommending improvements; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales processes remain effective and efficient.
