Sales & Proposal Engineer

For our Sales Department, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Proposal Engineer. As a key member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and creating compelling proposals that showcase our innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless integration of our products and services. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our automotive assembly systems and their applications in the global market; • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that showcase our innovative solutions; • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies; • Work closely with the Sales Manager to set and achieve sales targets. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry; • Strong understanding of the automotive assembly systems and their applications; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
