Sales Process Engineer

Tor - Recruitment & HR Consulting (Gruppo Lavoropiù spa) is looking for a person for the position of

SALES PROCESS ENGINEER

with at least 3-5 years of experience in a technical or technical-commercial role, preferably gained in the refrigeration or oil & gas sector.

Activities

The person will be responsible for developing and managing complex B2B sales projects with clients and prospects, mainly in Europe.

In particular:

• Identify technical needs and propose customized solutions, i.e., technologically appropriate, innovative, and compliant with various regulations (production, environmental, safety, maintenance);
• Contribute to building complex technical proposals in collaboration with internal design departments and prepare the commercial offer;
• Present and negotiate technical-commercial proposals to clients or prospects and follow the decision-making process with the client's various contacts.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
• 2/3 years of experience in similar roles in the industrial refrigeration or gas compression sector;
• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably French;
• Microsoft Office 365 and specific software such as PROSIM, UNISIM.

What is offered:

Permanent contract, annual gross salary positioned in a range between €50,000 and €55,000, smart working, flexible hours, canteen, welfare.

The remuneration will be quantified based on objective and gender-neutral criteria

and on the pertinent provisions of the applicable collective agreement in relation to the position.
