Your Tasks

You assess the meat quality and prepare it for sale or process it into meat and sausage products. For example, you cook, cut, or smoke the meat and add seasonings and preservatives according to recipes. Besides sausages, you also produce fine delicacies, prepared dishes, and canned goods.

To prepare for sales, you, for instance, marinate, slice, or grind the meat and arrange sausages, fine delicacies, and salads in the sales counter. You advise customers and sell the products.
