GAC Motor, a leading Chinese automotive group, is expanding in Mexico, and we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to a growing global brand, this is your opportunity.
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for maintaining the customer trust through quality products and services.
Ensure the proper planning, execution, and control of commercial operations through comprehensive management of demand, supply, inventories, production, and sales programs, as well as managing incentives and coordinating with the distributor network, guaranteeing profitable business decisions, proper execution of sales plans, and achieving business goals.
Profile:
Academic Background: Engineering, Admin, economic admin
English Level: Advanced
Technical Skills:
Excel, executive presentations, financial knowledge, automotive, Sales and Operations process, demand planning
Responsabilities:
1.-Retail planning, Wholesale, sales months, arrival estimates, and production scheduling.
2.- Definition of the Monthly Commercial Offer Measuring the Transaction Price, portfolio, and direct competitors.
3.- Kick-off of the monthly operational meeting with Distributors.
4.- Management of incentive payments, Calculation, audit, and disclosure of amounts to be billed by the distributor network corresponding to flexible bonus, variable margin, special incentives, disbursement, and calculation of Sales Boost.
5.- Special Programs: Valuation and sale of inventory, Company cars, sale and reactivation of fixed assets.
