About the role We are looking for a Sales Operations Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the systems and processes that support our sales team. This is a critical role that will help us scale our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. What you'll do: * Design, build, and maintain sales tools and systems. * Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement. * Develop and implement sales processes and workflows. * Train and support the sales team on new tools and processes. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals and strategies. * Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and systems. * Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales tools and systems. What you'll bring: * 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field. * Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. * Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. * Experience with sales automation tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Experience with data analysis and reporting.
