Commercial interface between Germany and Denmark

For the further development of our Scandinavian business, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will act as a central interface between our Danish location NOVAPOR Nordic and our German headquarters in Kaltenkirchen.

In this versatile position, you will connect sales, order processing, logistics, and commercial processes. You will ensure that information flows, open questions are clarified, and our collaboration across national borders runs smoothly.

Your tasks

Sales & Customer Service

• Support for our Danish sales team in daily operational business

• Processing and follow-up of customer inquiries, offers, and orders

• Coordination of prices, delivery dates, and customer-specific requirements

• Communication with customers and internal contact persons in Germany and Denmark

Order Processing & Logistics

• Coordination of customer orders between our Danish sales and German production

• Creation and verification of order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices

• Coordination of delivery dates, shipping information, and order changes

• Clarification of discrepancies, complaints, and open issues

Commercial Processes & Intercompany

• Support in commercial processing between NOVAPOR Germany and NOVAPOR Nordic

• Verification and clarification of invoices, credit notes, and price deviations

• Coordination with accounting and other internal departments

• Maintenance and control of master and order data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Organization & Communication

• Central point of contact for collaboration between Germany and Denmark

• Independent clarification and consistent follow-up of open topics

• Coordination between sales, production, logistics, and administration

• Active participation in shaping and improving our internal processes

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification

• Very good German and Danish language skills, both written and spoken

• Ideally, experience in internal sales, order processing, or a comparable commercial position

• Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a good understanding of commercial contexts

• Enjoyment of working with different people, departments, and cultures

• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
