• Prozess-Design & Optimierung: You analyze our sales workflows sharply, identify every smallest bottleneck, and build solutions that scale.
• KI & Automatisierung: You integrate modern KI tools and automation to eliminate manual routine tasks forever.
• CRM-Management: You are responsible for our CRM as the heart of growth and ensure data quality that allows genuine predictions.
• Reibungslose Abläufe: You optimize the information flow between management and sales team, so everyone has focus on closing deals.
• Sales-Support: You are responsible for documents like pitch decks and case studies that convince through structure and logic.
• Lead-Strukturierung: You structure the identification of accounts and buyer personas so efficiently that our sales teams can find the right levers directly.
• Technik-Vorsprung: You keep an eye on the market and test new tools to keep our sales structure technologically at the forefront.
