Sales Negotiator - Fleet, Hampshire
Basic Salary: £18,000 - £24,000
On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £50,000+
Full-Time | Permanent

We're working with a successful and well-established estate agency in Fleet, Hampshire, looking to hire a Sales Negotiator. Whether you're just starting out or already experienced in residential sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Register and manage incoming buyer enquiries
• Conduct property viewings and provide constructive vendor feedback
• Build and maintain strong client and applicant relationships
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers with confidence
• Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion
• Generate new business and win instructions
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and office targets

Requirements:

• Experience in residential sales (trainee to experienced levels considered)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and own car required
• Mileage allowance provided

What's on Offer:

• £18,000 - £24,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £35,000 - £50,000+
