Sales & Marketing Manager (Education Industry)

1. Position Purpose: The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build brand visibility in Singapore and the targeted countries. The ideal candidate will have adequate knowledge and background in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing, with excellent leadership and analytical skills. 2. Key Duties and Responsibilities: a. Sales · Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets; b. Marketing · Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic; c. Market Research · Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the education industry; d. Team Management · Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives; e. Reporting · Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management. 3. Requirements: a. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; b. At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry; c. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue; d. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; e. Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior; f. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; g. Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.
