Sales Marketing Manager

Centum Electronics Ltd is a leading ESDM (Electronics System Design & Manufacturing) Indian Multinational Company founded in 1994 that offers, Mission Critical design, development & manufacturing of customized system/subsystem solutions for high-reliability applications for global customers in Defense, Aerospace, Space, Industrial, Medical, and Transportation domain. CENTUM T&S, headquartered in France, is a business unit of Centum Electronics Group (Around 1000Cr turnover organization) offering high-tech electronics solutions for the rail transport market. Currently we are looking for a Sales Marketing Manager to drive the sales and marketing activities. Job Description: * Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. * Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends and customer needs. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. * Manage and track sales pipeline and forecast sales performance. * Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Participate in industry events and trade shows. * Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective utilization of resources. * Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the rail transport market. * Strong understanding of the rail transport market and its technical requirements. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
