Sales & Marketing Agent

Location: Berlin, Germany (On-site)

Language: Dutch (fluent / native) + English

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:15 (40h/week)

We are hiring Dutch-speaking Sales & Marketing Agents to join a digital marketing support and sales team in Berlin. This role combines customer advisory, performance marketing support, and consultative selling in a structured, KPI-driven environment.

You will be trained to act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers, supporting them in optimizing social media advertising campaigns and achieving measurable business results.

Role Focus

• Advise advertisers on social media marketing strategies
• Analyse advertising performance and campaign analytics
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls regarding ads and budgets
• Support implementation of funnel and campaign strategies
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities early
• Work towards defined KPIs (call success, strategy implementation, attendance, pitch rate)

Training & Onboarding

• 2 weeks of paid training + 2 weeks of nesting (total 4 weeks)
• Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 during training
• Attendance during training is mandatory
• Completion of the Meta Blueprint Certification during onboarding
• Regular shadowing of experienced colleagues
