Job Purpose Lead Zybio's market growth in Mexico, driving sales, regulatory approvals, and market penetration while establishing long-term commercial success against global competitors. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Zybio's presence in the Mexican market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to support sales efforts. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including obtaining necessary approvals and certifications. • Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Mexican healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and research institutions. • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance. • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales team. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain Zybio's competitive edge in the Mexican market.
