Sales Manager

【Gerente de Vendas】This position involves responsibility for electric motorcycle sales in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and other regions. Yadea, the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of electric motorcycles, is headquartered in China and currently operates a subsidiary registered in São Paulo. Based on sales targets and regional market conditions, lead the formulation and fulfillment of sales targets in the designated territory through market research, data collection, and analysis of customer needs and preferences, as well as identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to achieve them. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business results and ensure long-term success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and provide input on market trends and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics.
