Sales Manager (m/f/d) Heat Pump

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy – from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The heart of this is our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, which intelligently connects thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.

Enpal Heat is the heat pump business unit of Enpal. We are the market leader and install >10,000 heat pumps per year.

Your Tasks

• You have a great interest in convincing with your own skills in sales conversations, thereby generating successful orders from offers.

• You exclusively have contact with pre-qualified customers.

• You conduct sales conversations via the most innovative video conferencing tool in the industry and thus have personal face-to-face contact with the customer, but you are not in field sales!

• You work in a digital workplace with a modern CRM system.

• You contribute to placing and scaling an expansion of our product portfolio in the market.

Your Profile

• You have already gained and can demonstrate initial sales experience (1-2 years).

• You are motivated to build a technical understanding of the sales product and to be available to the customer as a contact person for all questions.

• You integrate quickly into teams and are willing to learn from your team colleagues.

• You are a likable, open-minded, and communicative personality and a loyal team player.

• You are organized and take responsibility.

• You have a solution-oriented mindset and a positive demeanor.
